AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

  • Dumbbell Power Clean (30/20# per hand) x 5
  • V-up x 10
  • Wall Ball (14/10# to 9′) x 15

Level 2

CrossFit Games Open WOD 11.5

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • Power Clean (145/100#) x 5
  • Toes-to-Bar x 10
  • Wall Ball (20# to 10′; 14# to 9′) x 15

Compare to 2/28/131/17/12 and 4/21/11.

Notes: Scale appropriately!

COOL-DOWN

Lower body mobilization – spend some time on the foam roller or pick a stretch from the MWOD poster near the water fountain.

    Was a struggle, cooked from yesterday

  2. 7+11, 145#, T2B turned to K2E which turned to knee tucks by the end…

    did 100# but I not sure if I did 100 or 105 last time

  5. 8 rounds in 10 minutes (halfawod).

    1. Four rounds. FOUR rounds in 10 minutes. ?!?!?!

  6. 8 + 5
    10:00 minutes of T2B, 10:00 of v-ups
    8 cleans at 135#, then dropped to 115#

    Last time I did this WOD was 4/2011, where I did it for 10:00 minutes with 99# and 16# WB and got 4 rounds + 16

  7. 9 (V-Ups)

    First time doing this for the full 20 minutes. Last time was 10 min, 89# PC, and 12# WB, so I’m pretty OK with how this went. 🙂

  8. 9 + 4 (accidentally did 90# for the first 4 rounds, 100# for the last 5)

  9. 7+3.
    Off by two reps from last year, but was full rx this time, no mods. WB was definitely the most damaging part of this.

  10. 6+12rx….forgot my power 😉 (struggling w/ t2b)

  11. 9 + 25 (T2rings and only 85#)
