Last time I did this WOD was 4/2011, where I did it for 10:00 minutes with 99# and 16# WB and got 4 rounds + 16

First time doing this for the full 20 minutes. Last time was 10 min, 89# PC, and 12# WB, so I’m pretty OK with how this went. 🙂
