Thursday Workout: RDLs and a Team Workout

STRENGTH

Romanian Deadlift, 8 x 3 sets, light to moderate weight (this is auxiliary strength work, not heavy)

WOD

In Teams of 2, Complete the Following For Time:

5 Rounds:

  • Row x 500m
  • Kettlebell Swing (53/35) x 30
  • Bodyweight Lunge x 20 (total)

Notes:  Only one person working at a time – break up the work however you want with your partner.  On lunges, hips must come to full extension between each rep.  The 500m row is cumulative each round, so if you and your partner choose to break it up, partners do not need to each row exactly 250m.  KBS should be overhead, but scale to Russian variation if needed.
