Squat Clean, 3-3-3
Does not have to be touch and go reps. Weight should be moderate/heavy, rest ~2 minute between sets. Scale to Power Clean + Front Squat if necessary.

- Wall Ball to 9′ Target (14/8) x 15
- Box Jump Step Down (18/12) x 12
- V-Up x 9
5 Rounds for Time of:
- Wall Ball to 10′ Target (20/14) x 15
- Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 12
- Toe to Bar x 9
This week marks the first Open workout of the 2014 CrossFit Games season – the workout will be released on Thursday at 8pm! There will be NO regular make-up class on Saturday at 10am. This time will be reserved for those competing in the open workout (an email will be sent out to competitors later this week). Regular class make-up will be held at 11am as normal.
