Push Press, 3-3-3, rest 2 minutes between sets

Level 1

AMRAP 10:

  • Wall Ball (14/8) x 20
  • Burpee x 15
  • Db Hang Power Clean (35/20) x 10

Level 2

AMRAP 12:

  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 20
  • Burpee Over the Bar x 15
  • Hang Power Clean (95/65) x 10

Saturday Class Schedule

There will be NO regular make-up class on Saturday at 10am.  This time will be reserved for those competing in the open workout.  Regular class make-up will be held at 11am as normal.

    During the first round of the WOD I was feeling a pretty good (bad) lactic burn in my thighs. Wanted to go faster but felt really heavy.
