Turkish Get-up, 2/arm x 3 sets

Level 1

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Ring Row x 10
  • Burpee x 15
  • Wall Ball (14/8#, 10’/9′) x 20

Level 2

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Pull-up x 10
  • Burpee x 15
  • Wall Ball (20/14#, 10’/9′) x 20

Saturday Class Schedule

There will be NO regular make-up class on Saturday at 10am.  This time will be reserved for those competing in the open workout.  Regular class make-up will be held at 11am as normal.

  2. I did the same workout I did Friday. Why, because I knew after finishing last week there was more to give, I wasn’t happy with that effort.
    45 min Max Calories on Airdyne + pushups
    603 cals/480 pushups…I can still do better
    bested by 128 cals/100 pushups

    WOD: 14ish, but only did three rounds, got a crud or something, felt terrible.
