Work up to a moderate/heavy weight in the following within a few sets:
- Power Clean + Hang Power Clean
Notes: Bar starts on floor, but should not touch ground between power clean and hang clean. Share bar with your partner for the WOD if possible.
In Teams of 2, AMRAP in 15 Minutes of the Following:
P1 – Run x 400m (or Row x 500m)
P2 – AMRAP of:
- Wall Walk x 3
- Power Clean (115/75) x 6
- Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 12
Notes: Once P1 completes run, P1 and P2 switch and P1 does AMRAP above while P2 runs 400m or rows 500m (pick up wherever your partner left off). Score is number of rounds and reps completed at the end of 15 minutes. Scale reps on Wall Walks as needed, or scale to handstand hold or some other variation.
Saturday Class Schedule
There will be NO regular make-up class on Saturday at 10am. This time will be reserved for those competing in the open workout. Regular class make-up will be held at 11am as normal.
