Notes: Work at or around 75-80% of your 1RM
In Teams of 2, Complete 3 Rounds for Time of:
- P1: 250m Row
- P2: Hold 2 x Kettlebells in Front Rack (53/35)
- P2: Row x 250m
- P1: Hold 2 x Kettlebells in Front Rack (53/35)
- Accumulate 3 minutes in a Plank Hold within a 5 minute period (scale to 2 minutes if necessary)
Saturday Class Schedule
This is the last week of the Open! There will be NO regular make-up class on Saturday at 10am. This time will be reserved for those competing in the open workout. Regular class make-up will be held at 11am as normal.
