Kettlebell Snatch

Notes: If you feel proficient with the KB Snatch, work up to a challenging set of 5-10 consecutive reps per side

WOD

Level 1

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Run x 200m
  • One Arm Russian KB Swing (35/20) x 20 (10/side)
  • Abmat Sit-up x 15

Level 2

5 Rounds for Time of:

  • Run x 200m
  • Kettlebell Snatch Right Arm (53/35) x 5
  • Kettlebell Snatch Left Arm (53/35) x 5
  • Abmat Sit-up x 15

Notes: Sub 250m row for run if necessary.
