In Teams of 2, Complete the Following for Time:
- Farmers Carry x 800 m (70/53# KB per hand)
- Double-Under x 400
- Row x 2k
Only one person working at a time.
Notes: Scale kettlebell weights and double under reps as needed. Teams working with different kb weights on the carries will go to the 400m mark and back (only one person moving at a time). For example, Partner 1 can carry from the gym to the street, and when P1 stops Partner 2 can then start carrying from the gym. When P2 stops, P1 can re-start and go to wherever P2 stopped or further, and so on and so forth.
