2 Total Sets, 2 Minute Stations for Max Reps of the Following:
- Deadlift (185/135)
- Double Under
- Wall Ball to 10′ Target (20/14#)
- Rest 2 Minutes
Level 1 Subs
- Kettlebell Deadlift
- Box Push-up
- Jump Rope Single or Lateral Jump over Barbell
- Wall Ball to 9′ Target
*Notes: Teams of 2 (only one person working at a time). Complete 2 total sets (of max reps at each station), and rest 2 minutes between the sets. Record total reps for each set. If doing jump rope singles divide total reps by 2 when adding to score.
Toe to Bar, 3 sets of 10-15 reps (not for time), rest 1-2 mins between sets – go for unbroken set each time
