Thursday Workout: Team Db Snatch, Toe to Bar, and Box Jump

STRENGTH

Romanian Deadlift, 6 x 4 sets, 3121 Tempo. Light to moderate weight (this is auxiliary strength work, not heavy)

WOD

Level 1

In Teams of 2, AMRAP in 12 Minutes of:

  • V-Up x 10
  • Hang Dumbbell Snatch (30/15) x 10
  • Box Jump Step Down (18/12) x 10

Level 2

In Teams of 2, AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:

  • Toe to Bar x 10
  • Dumbbell Snatch (55/35) x 10
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 10

Notes:  At the start and every 3 minutes thereafter, stop wherever you are in the workout and perform 10 total handstand push-ups as a team (at 0, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, 12:00).  Scale HSPU to 2x reps push-ups if necessary. Only 1 person working at a time.  Break up the work with your partner however you want.
