  • 2 Rounds of Cindy
  • 2 Kettlebell Deadlifts

  • 10 Deadlifts (255/155)
  • 5 Rounds of Cindy
  • 8 Deadlifts
  • 4 Rounds of Cindy
  • 6 Deadlifts
  • 3 Rounds of Cindy
  • 4 Deadlifts
  • 2 Rounds of Cindy
  • 2 Deadlifts
  • 1 Round of Cindy

1 Round of “Cindy”

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Push ups

Notes: Scale appropriately.  Also, if you are planning to do “Murph” on Memorial Day (Monday, 5/26), avoid doing this workout as a Saturday make-up WOD because you will not have adequate time to recover.

SuperFit Charlottesville, June 14

SuperFit Games is coming back to Charlottesville on June 14!  Did you know that the very first SuperFit Games was held at our old facility right here in Charlottesville back in early 2010?  SuperFit has grown to be a nation-wide competition platform, but it’s returning to its roots here in Charlottesville!  If you competed in the open you are more than ready for it, and here’s your chance to compete at home!  There is an RX and a Novice (scaled) Division.  We also need judges and volunteers for the event, and you can sign up to do that at the same registration link.  Please visit the SuperFit Charlottesville page for more information and details on how to register!

  1. 23:17 (I think. red band pull ups, went to knees on pushups at round 3 to keep form, 155# dl)
    nice one Scott…great combo of my strengths and weaknesses!

    Considering the last time we did this WOD (with increasing Cindy rounds, granted), I cut myself off at 30:00 with over 1 round of Cindy left and I was doing red band PUs and had 22# less on my DL, I will call this progress. 🙂
