Tuesday Workout: Thank you!! Plus Deadlifts and Annie

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to volunteer and judge at SuperFit Charlottesville on Saturday!  These events could not happen without your help.  Congratulations to all of the competitors too!  And big congratulations go out to Melinda, Lex, Taylor and Aaron!  You guys are awesome and did CrossFit Charlottesville proud.

Deadlift, 3-3-3-3-3, 5-10# heavier than last week, 60 seconds rest

Notes: If you didn’t do the deadlifts last week, goal should be to work around 70% (same weight across all sets).
