Monday Workout: Back Squats and Max Rep HSPU and T2B

STRENGTH

Back Squat, 5-5-5-5-5, 5-10# heavier than last week, up to 90 seconds rest

Notes:  This is the last week that the weights will be moving up.  Next week we go back down and de-load.

WOD

Level 1

In 4 Minutes:

  • Run x 400m
  • Max Rep Push-ups in remaining time

Rest 2 Minutes

In 4 Minutes:

  • Row x 500m
  • Max Rep Abmat Sit-ups in remaining time

Level 2

In 4 Minutes:

  • Run x 400m
  • Max Rep Handstand Push-ups in remaining time

Rest 2 Minutes

In 4 Minutes:

  • Row x 500m
  • Max Rep Toes to Bar in remaining time

Notes: Score is total reps of HSPU and T2B
