STRENGTH

Push Press, 5-5-5-5-5, 5-10# heavier than last week, rest 1 minute between sets (same weight across all sets)

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 7:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swing (45/30) x 20
  • Burpee x 20

Level 2

AMRAP 7:

  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 25
  • Burpee x 25

    WOD: 3+4 @53# American, 20 reps each movement

  2. PP: 75
    WOD: 2 + 38 (53# Russians)

    4 reps less than last time, but I’m surprisingly sore from yesterday’s park WOD.

  3. PP – 100#
    WOD – 2 +18 with 88# Russian swings

    10 more reps than last time at the same weight
