Level 1

AMRAP 10:

  • Ring Row x 5
  • Burpee Box Jump (18/12) x 10
  • Russian KBS (40/20) x 15

Level 2

AMRAP 10:

  • Chest to Bar Pull-up x 5
  • Burpee Box Jump (24/20) x 10
  • Kettlebell Swing (53/35) x 15
