STRENGTH

Push Press, work up to a heavy set of 5 in a few sets

Notes: 10 minutes max, warm up smart

WOD

Level 1

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Run x 250m
  • Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk x 10
  • V-Up x 15

Level 2

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Run x 400m
  • Ground to Overhead (135/95) x 10
  • Toe to Bar x 15
