Kettlebell Snatch – perform 3 sets of 8/side at challenging weight

Level 1

AMRAP 12:

  • Run x 400m
  • Goblet Squat x 10
  • Dumbbell Push Press x 10

Level 2

AMRAP 12:

  • Run x 400m
  • Front Squat (115/85) x 10
  • Shoulder to Overhead (115/85) x 10
