Wednesday Workout: Row, DU, Wall Ball

The Turkey Purger is tomorrow (Thursday) at 10am!  RSVP on Facebook if you’re coming to work out with us, and please register for the class here: Turkey Purger. If you’re new, you’ll be able to fill out a waiver online before coming in!  Classes are canceled on Friday.  Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

  • Jump Rope Single x 100
  • Wall Ball to 9′ (14/8) x 20

Level 2

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Row x 500m
  • Double Under x 50
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 20

    400 m run + some DUs and heavy WBs to target as warm up
    Then, 3 rds fast 200 m row + 15 DUs.
    WOD- 30 DUs, 15 heavy kb, 10 heavy WB
    4 rds + 10
    Forgot I was a mile high in Denver! Painful.

  2. 21:00. 10# WB, 25DU except last round 100 SU
