Monday Workout: Push Press and an AMRAP

STRENGTH

Push Press, 3-3-3-3-3

WOD

Level 1

In 12 Minutes:

Run x 600m*

Then, in remaining time, AMRAP of the following:

  • Jump Rope Single x 100
  • Wall Ball (14/8) x 40
  • Burpee x 30
  • V-Up x 20

*600m run follows the 800m course, but turnaround before last turn that leads to dead-end (not exactly 600m, just an estimate)

Level 2

In 12 Minutes:

Run x 800m

Then, in remaining time, AMRAP of the following:

  • Double Under x 50
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 40
  • Burpee x 30
  • Toe to Bar x 20

Notes: Record # Rounds on AMRAP

Claim Your Account on our new member management system, Front Desk!

We will be fully switching over to this new system starting December 1!  Your membership and profile is already set up in Front Desk, but claiming your account gives you the ability to update your personal info, manage your schedule, sign in to classes, and many other things online!  You can fill out a digital waiver as well.

You’ll notice the class sign-in system has changed this week, too.  You can sign in using your phone number or a QR code (must request a QR code and have it sent to your mobile device), or you can sign-in to classes in advance. If you have any questions, email Scott or ask a trainer in the gym.
