Wednesday, Dec 31: Reminder that we do not have classes today (Wednesday) due to the holiday. We will be opening the gym from 4-530pm for “open gym”, so please feel free to come in then to work on something on your own if you want (strength, skill work, conditioning, etc).
Thursday, Jan 1: On New Year’s Day (Thursday) we will host an awesome surprise team workout at the gym at 4pm for members, friends, and newcomers to start 2015 off right!! If it is your first time to the gym, please complete a digital waiver and sign up prior to coming in by clicking HERE. There will also be a short C’ville Strength class at 4pm for those of you who want to lift. The workout will be posted at the gym on the whiteboard.
