STRENGTH

OTM 8:

Touch and Go Power Snatch x 4 reps

Notes: Start moderate and add weight per minute as able. Scale to hang power snatch if necessary. Should only be touch and go if you’re comfortable with the movement.

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 7:

  • Deadlift (85/55) x 15
  • Box Jump Step Down (18/12) x 15
  • Abmat Sit-up x 15

Level 2

AMRAP 7:

  • Deadlift (175/125) x 15
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 15
  • Abmat Sit-up x 15
