Monday Workout: Thruster 3RM Plus Some Intervals

STRENGTH

In 10 Minutes build to a Thruster 3RM from the floor

WOD

Level 1

3 rounds for max reps:

  • DB Squat Clean Thruster (30/20# per hand) x 1 minute
  • V-up x 1 minute
  • Rest 2 minutes

Level 2

4 rounds for max reps:

  • Squat Clean Thruster (95/65#) x 1 minute
  • Toes-to-Bar x 1 minute
  • Rest 2 minutes

  7. These were terrible
    44 thrusters
    48 toes to bar (crunching is done gingerly) they were more like knees to elbows with toes to bar mixed in.
