- DB Squat Clean Thruster (30/20# per hand) x 1 minute
- V-up x 1 minute
- Rest 2 minutes
Level 2
4 rounds for max reps:
- Squat Clean Thruster (95/65#) x 1 minute
- Toes-to-Bar x 1 minute
- Rest 2 minutes
