In a few sets, work up to a heavy Power Snatch in preparation for the workout, NOT at 1RM

WOD

CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs, Scaled M 45 / F 35 lbs)
  • 30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs, Scaled M 75 / F 55 lbs)
  • 30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs, Scaled M 100 / F 75 lbs)
  • Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs, Scaled M 120 / F 90 lbs)

  • Scale appropriately and focus on maintaining form as the weights get heavier!

  1. PC: 90# (9# PR!! I have no idea how this happened.)
    WOD: 75 @ Level 1 (12 reps more than last time, with 10# more weight on the third set of snatches)

    Not a bad Saturday morning. ๐Ÿ™‚
