Competition Class Programming (Saturday 1/18)
A. Muscle-up and Bar Muscle-up Practice
B. EMOM for 10 minutes: 1 Heaving Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat (from rack)
C. Regionals 2014 Team Event 7:
In teams of 2 (m/f pairs if possible), perform the following for time: 125 double unders and 500m row (each), 50 deadlifts at 275#/145# (total, one partner must hold bar in hang for other’s reps to count), 50 toes to bar (total, one partner must hang from bar in hang for other’s reps to count)
D. Row 500m
