Level 1

3 Total Sets, 3 Minutes For Each Set:

  • Dumbbell Clean Thruster x 5
  • Push-up (full range of motion) x 10
  • Box Jump Step Down x 10
  • Row (calories) in remaining time
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Level 2

4 Total Sets, 3 Minutes For Each Set:

  • Squat Clean Thruster (115/85) x 5
  • Wall Walk x 5
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 10
  • Row (calories) in remaining time
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Notes: Record total calories completed on erg

  1. 14, 16, 15, 19cal (@ 65# and 3 wall walks/rnd…..may have been a little to conservative during the rounds…)

  2. make up ish Friday
    3 rounds:
    3 squat clean thruster @ 85#
    3 wall walks
    10 box jumps
    10 cal row
    rest 1 min

  3. 7, 15, 12, 18 (only 3 wall walks per round)

  4. 20, 20, 20, 21
    105#, 10 HOG Push Ups/round
