Thursday Workout: Power Snatch and Running

CrossFit Games Open WOD 15.3 will be released tonight at 8pm! We’ll be watching at the gym on the big screen, so come out and join us!

Level 1

3 Rounds for Total Time:

  • Hang Power Snatch x 5
  • Run x 250m (to top of street and back)
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Level 2

5 Rounds for Total Working Time and Load:

  • Power Snatch Heavy* x 5
  • Run x 250m (to top of street and back)
  • Rest 2 Minutes

Notes:  Add weight each set as possible, start out at a moderate weight you know you can do quick singles and build from there.


Heavy planks, 3 sets of 30 seconds (rest 1-2 minutes between)

2. Reminder that there is NO 10am Make-up class on Saturdays due to the CrossFit Games Open.  Make-up at 11am is still on!  10am Make-up class will come back in April.
