- Run x 250m (to top of street and back)

5 Rounds for Total Working Time and Load:
- Power Snatch Heavy* x 5
- Run x 250m (to top of street and back)
- Rest 2 Minutes
Notes: Add weight each set as possible, start out at a moderate weight you know you can do quick singles and build from there.
