1) Rope Climb and L-Sit Rope Climb work. Aim for 5 or so ascents.
2) EMOM for 8 minutes: Squat Clean, Front Squat, Front Squat, Split Jerk
3) 8 minutes: Work up to a heavy power clean double WITHOUT landing wide.
4) Angie: 100 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, 100 Sit-ups, 100 Squats
