B. Weighted dip heavy 3, then 85% one more time

C. Complete the Following for Overall Time:

  • Run 400m, 30 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65lbs, 30 Toes to Bar
  • rest 3 minutes
  • Run 400m, 20 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65lbs, 20 Toes to Bar
  • rest 3 minutes
  • Run 400m, 10 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65lbs, 10 Toes to Bar
