  • Burpee Box Step Up (18/12) x 20
  • Jump Rope Single x 60
  • Run x 400m

Level 2

AMRAP 20:

  • Toe to Bar x 10
  • Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20) x 20
  • Double Under x 30
  • Run x 400m
