    1. ***6am and 7am only did 25 air squats each round because I’m an idiot and wrote the reps wrong on the whiteboard. Sorry, everybody!

  1. 2 rounds 800m, 5, 10, 15 (strict and went slow to maintain form)

  2. 2 + 35 (RR, mix between rx pushups and knees)

  3. 2 + 2 pull ups Rx

  4. 3 + 50m Rx

    Some of my air squats could probably have gotten no-repped though….

  5. 3 rounds in 19:26

  6. 3 plus 400 meters
    subbed abmat situps for pullups (saving my shoulder for later use)

  7. 3 rds, plus 800 meters and 5 PUs
