In 10 Minutes, work up to a heavy single Clean and Jerk (not a 1RM)

WOD

Level 1

For Time:

  • Hang Clean + Push Press (95/65) x 30

Level 2

For Time:

  • Clean and Jerk (155/105) x 30

Notes: Scale weight as needed.
