Tuesday Workout: Run, Handstand Pushup, Squat Clean Thruster

Our final Spring “Bring-A-Friend” Day WOD is this Wednesday, May 13!  RSVP Here if you’re coming or just click the link (or picture below) for more details!



Level 1

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Run x 400m
  • Push-up x 10
  • Dumbbell Clean Thruster x 10

Level 2

5 Rounds for Time of:

  • Run x 400m
  • Deficit Handstand Push-up x 10
  • Squat Clean Thruster (115/75) x 10
Notes: It’s starting to get hot outside!  Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated throughout the day (a good starting point is half your bodyweight (lbs) in ounces, but adjust as needed especially if you’re really active).

  5. 27:12 rx-ish…I wall-walked into the handstand pushups, and definitely did not do deficit. Hands on the ground and lowered my head to a stack of two abmats.
