Thursday Workout: Mix of 3 Min AMRAPs

Level 1

AMRAP 3:

  • Clean and Jerk x 3
  • Ring Row with feet on low box x 6

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP 3:

  • Clean and Jerk x 3
  • Ring Row x 6

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP 3:

  • Clean and Jerk

Level 2

AMRAP 3:

  • Clean and Jerk (185/135) x 3
  • Chest to Bar Pull-up x 6

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP 3:

  • Clean and Jerk (155/115) x 3
  • Pull-up x 6

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP 3:

  • Clean and Jerk (135/95)

Notes: Scale weight as needed – goal is to start with weight that is moderately heavy and decrease weight each AMRAP. Final AMRAP should be a weight that you would use for a workout like “Grace” (30 clean and jerks for time).  For Level 1, pick a challenging weight you can do with good form and use the same weight for each AMRAP.
