Alex, Sara, and baby Morgan are moving up to New York, and we are definitely going to miss them here at CrossFit Charlottesville!  It’s been great getting to know you both over the past year.  Alex – you’re one of the hardest working individuals I think we’ve seen in the gym here, and no one will be able to live up to your superlative now that you’re gone (“most likely to not wear a shirt”).  Sara – you set an amazing example for all the mothers-to-be who are sticking with crossfit through their pregnancies, and you are an all around awesome woman.  Good luck with everything in New York, and hopefully we’ll get to see you all again soon!


Level 1

Complete the Following for Time:

  • Run x 600m
  • Power Snatch (65/35) x 30
  • Run x 600m

Level 2

Complete the Following for Time:

  • Run x 800m
  • Power Snatch (95/65) x 50
  • Run x 800m

Notes: For 600m run, turn around at the final turn that leads to the dead-end for the 800m course.  Scale as needed on the power snatches.
