A.  Segment Snatch DL + Sn Pull x 5 (at or slightly above 1RM)

*Rest 1-2 Minutes between sets, stay mobile

B.  Snatch, 3 x 3

*Moderate weight to work on technique and consistency from part A.  Full snatches.

C.  For Time:

  • Row x 100 cal

Rest 5 Minutes

Then, For Time:

  • 100 DU
  • 30 DL (135/95)
  • 30 Burpee Box Overs (24/20)
  • 30 Squat Cleans (135/95)

* Try to find a hard, sustainable pace on the row (i.e. ~85-90%) where you are consistent in how many calories you complete each minute
