  2. 15:02 (15# slam ball thrusters, strict knee raises…..stupid last 4 DUs!)

  3. 12:42 (combination knee raises and v-ups; 100 SU)

  4. 10:39 @95#, 15# V-Ups

  5. 17:00 @ 75# , otherwise, rx
    Felt like I cheated doing one thruster at a time. There were some pairs but maybe should have stayed at 65#
