  • Burpee Over the Bar x 15
  • Double Under x 30

AMRAP 7:

  • Shoulder to Overhead (115/85) x 15
  • Deadlift (115/85) x 15
  • Double Under x 30

Notes: Must be two-footed takeoff and two-footed landing on bar burpees.
