AMRAP 16:

  • Row x 500m
  • Jump Rope Single x 100
  • Push-Up x 15
  • Abmat Sit-up x 20

Level 2

AMRAP 20:

  • Row x 500m
  • Double Under x 75
  • Handstand Push-Up x 15
  • Abmat Sit-up x 20

Notes: Consider scaling to 50 singles + 5 burpees instead of doing 2x reps.  Share rowers today

CASH OUT

3 x 30 second weighted plank hold – go heavy

    Instead of 75 DU I did 75 SU and 7 burpees

    Also HSPU were more like Hand Stand Shoulder Shrugs

  4. 3 rounds + 532
    subbed 20 pushups for hspu’s
