  • Dumbbell Hang Clean Thruster x 20
  • Ring Row x 20
  • Jump Rope Single x 80*

Level 2

AMRAP 8:

  • Row for Cals

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP 8:

  • Hang Squat Clean Thruster (95/65) x 20
  • Pull-up x 20
  • Double Under x 40

Notes: PACE at around 85-90% on both AMRAPs.   For Level 1, consider scaling to 40 singles + 4 burpees for double under sub.

    That was a special kind of suck
