Level 1

4 Sets for Total Working Time:

  • Burpee x 5
  • Ring Row x 5
  • Hang Power Clean x 10
  • Wall Ball to 9′ x 15
  • Abmat Sit-up x 15
  • Lunge x 20 (10/side)
  • Rest 2 Minutes

Level 2

6 Sets for Total Working Time:

  • Burpee Muscle Up x 5
  • Hang Power Clean (115/85) x 10
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 20
  • Abmat Sit-up x 20
  • Jumping Lunge x 20 (10/side)
  • Rest 2 Minutes

Notes: Try to be consistent across sets.  SCALE as needed.  Long workout today.

MOBILITY (on your own)

Couch Stretch x 2 minutes/side

Pec stretch with Lax ball as needed

    It was around 28 minutes I believe. @#75, with burpee pull ups
