Level 1

15-12-9 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Dumbbell Hang Clean Thruster
  • Burpee
  • After each round, complete a 200m run

Level 2

21-15-9 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Squat Clean Thruster (115/85)
  • Burpee Over Bar
  • After each round, complete a 200m run

*2-footed takeoff and landing on bar burpees.

Good morning, 3sets x 8reps at 3111 Tempo (or weighted back extension on GHD)
