Monday Workout: Back Squat, C&J Burpee

STRENGTH

Back Squat, 5×5, building each set, rest 1-2 minutes between sets

WOD

Level 1

15-10-5 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Hang Clean and Push Press (challenging weight)
  • Burpee

Level 2

2 Rounds for Time:

  • Clean and Jerk (135/95) x 15
  • Burpee Over the Bar x 15
