STRENGTH

Back Squat, 4-6 reps x 5 sets, building in weight each set

WOD

Level 1

5 Rounds for Time:

  • Dumbbell Hang Power Clean x 6
  • Box Push-up x 9
  • Row x 150m (or Run x 100m)

Level 2

5 Rounds for Time:

  • Hang Power Clean (135/95) x 6
  • Handstand Push-up x 9
  • Row x 150m (or Run x 100m)

Notes: Use 25# plates plus abmat for HSPU – scale as needed

    WOD: 7:21 (85, knees on box push ups)

  2. BS- did 3 @ 155#
    WOD- 12:13 @ 85# (hand stands were so slow)

  3. BS: 145
    WOD: 10:16 @ 85# (rowed rd 1, then ran rds 2-5 after my rower croaked)

  4. BS: 60kg x 6, 70kg x6, 80 kg x6, 85kg x5, 90kg x 4
    WOD: 9:39, 120#, True Push Ups
