  • Russian Kettlebell Swing (45/25) x 10
  • Hands on Box Push-up x 10
  • V-up x 5

Rest 5

AMRAP 10:

  • Burpee x 15
  • Goblet Squat x 12
  • Dumbbell Push Press x 9

Level 2

AMRAP 10:

  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 10
  • Hand Release Push-up x 10
  • Toe to Bar x 5

Rest 5

AMRAP 10:

  • Burpee x 15
  • Front Squat (115/85) x 12
  • Push Jerk (115/85) x 9

Notes: Move at 85-90% on each one (i.e. sustainable pace, don’t burn yourself out!)
