EMOM for 8 minutes: 1 pause front squat (2 seconds) + 1 front squat
Set of 25 unbroken thrusters, rest as needed, set of 20 unbroken thrusters at the same weight
3 rounds for time, rest 6 minutes between rounds:
  • 15 calorie row
  • 20 burpees
  • 25 KBS
  • run 200m
  • (scale to 10, 15, 20, 100m or as needed to complete rounds unbroken)
3 sets of 10 weighted step ups per leg
