Deadlift, 4-6 x 5 sets, building each set

WOD

Level 1

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Box Jump (18/12) x 15
  • Run x 250m

Level 2

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Box Jump (36/30) x 15
  • Run x 400m

CASH OUT (on your own in lower room)

A1. Half-kneeling kettlebell bottoms-up Press, 8-12/side x 3 sets

A2. Plank Hold, 30 seconds x 3 sets, add weight if possible
