WOD
In Teams of 2, AMRAP 25:
- Power Snatch (115/85) x 10
- Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 20
- Row 300m or Run 250m x 2 (i.e. relay style)
Notes: One person working at a time – when you get to the Row or Run, partner 1 must complete the full 300m row and then partner 2 must complete the full 300m row before returning back to the Power Snatch (same rower must be used!). On box jumps, if you are alternating reps with your partner you must wait to jump on the box until both of your partner’s feet get back to the floor.
*Scale to Hang Power Snatch if necessary.
Accessory Work (Optional, On Your Own)
- Push-up (full range of motion, chest to deck) x 50 as fast as possible, in sets of 5 only
- Plank, accumulate 3 minutes within a 5 minute block (scale as needed – i.e. 2 minutes)
