1) EMOM for 12 minutes

  • Evens: 6 moderate/heavy thrusters
  • Odds: 12 toes to bar

2) 12 minutes: accumulate 30 pistols (roll ups, RX, with KB), practice handstands

3) 3 Rounds, resting 4 minutes between rounds

  • 15 Overhead squats 105/80
  • 10 Chest to bar pull-ups
  • 5 Burpee box jump overs (30/24)
  • 9 Overhead squats 105/80
  • 6 Chest to bar pull-ups
  • 3 Burpee box jump overs (30/24)

4) Jog 1 mile
